  I didnt have any issues at this location on an early Sunday morning, store seemed clean. This McDonald's is new so there's no visible menu board at the register, they want you to use the kiosks only. Also no soda fountain in the lobby.

  At 9:45 I placed an order on Uber Eats. I watched 4 different uber drivers drive to this location just to cancel my order. I decided to call the store and I spoke to a female manager I believe, she could’ve been a crew member. She went above and beyond to help me finally receive my order from the last uber driver I was going to place today. She was very helpful and kind, over deserving of a raise. Honestly never met someone so kind even working in fast foods myself over the years, or any job for that matter.

  CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS WORKING AT THIS LOCATION. You by far have the slowest drive thru that I have ever saw. You can't get orders rights. This is a shame. Hamburger University anyone? You guys really need help...

  The place feels like it was built to keep customers at arm’s length rather than make the experience better. I have never seen so many kiosk machines in one place. People are tucked away as you can’t even see who’s working. Simple things like utensils or refills aren’t accessible anymore. The whole place has a weird, unwelcoming vibe, like you’re not really meant to stay. Not likely my breakfast hangout spot anymore.

  Placed a mobile order today at 10:15. Arrived at drive through at 10:20. After watching the lane to the left of us have 4 orders taken, while the right side with 4 cars in it wa ignored we assumed the drive thru speaker wasn’t working and drove around to get into the left lane. Lo and behold we get around and the right lane is magically having orders taken. By this time it’s after breakfast, they tell us they can’t make the order then say they’ll get it together since we were in line the whole time only to try to charge me again for the order! There were also people in front of us missing food. Learn how to work a drive thru! Do better.
