  On April 16th,2026 JJ offered me a BOGO on app. I placed the order online using the offer they sent me in app,go to check out,takes my money off my bank card,dont honor the coupon they sent me.I didn't place the order,l and it still took my money. It says it's still pending on my bank card 8 days later so I call JJ customer service, they tell me to call my bank.UGH NO,it's not my banks job to do your job ,plus my bank will say it has to post on my account 1st. Customer service didn't do anything to help get my money ba k to me and Im still waiting. I will never order from a place that steals from people,I dont care how good they think their food is!

  DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT FAST SERVICE!! There is nothing freaky fast about this restaurant. In fact I have never seen less urgency in workers than I have at this place. There was someone on register, two on the sandwich station and one person doing drive through, so there was no problem with staffing. Now, you would think that as slow as they are going the sandwiches would at least be good, but no. They are the sloppiest sandwiches I have ever had from a jimmy johns. I have no idea what is happening at this restaurant, but holy crap someone needs to do something about it. When this place first opened it was the best Jimmy John's in the area, but it QUICKLY went downhill. Looks like I'll just have to go start going to other jimmy johns. At least at those places I'll be in and out in 3 minutes.
