Nobody sitting down inside. They had a few " to go " order's wrote up. It took me about 20 minutes to get my order.. That's allright, I was hungry! I filled my drink cup, looked around, I don't see any napkins! Oh crap! I ordered barbecue classic wings, I'll be a mess. Over by the Coke machine, was a roll of brown paper, like you see in cheap gas station restrooms, lol. Oh well, I rolled off a bunch. I'll need it. The chicken was good! A little bit spicy, not bad, good taste. The loaded fries, were ok, but, messy too. I would have used a plastic fork, but I didn't see any. My food was brought to me in a big brown bag, althougI said, it's for here. I had to go back for more brown, off the roll, bathroom like napkins. Then after I finished, I needed my " brown bag" to carry my leftovers in. But. I had some trash to get rid of. A pile of " brown, off the roll, bathroom type towels, and my discarded bones, etc.. But, no trash can? Huh? Dang. I looked all around.. Not a single trash can inside the whole restaurant!!! C'mon guy's, tighten up. I realize most folks just grab something to go, but, not everybody will. The food was good, but, please, get some better napkins, bring inside orders out on a tray, and invest in a few inside trash cans. Thanks..
- BJBecky JeanesDec 29, 20251.0Bought my son a $30 gift card for Christmas and he has been to 2 different Louisville locations attempting to use it and was told at both locations that even though it shows a $30 balance, it gives an error when swiping or manually putting the card number in, so it can’t be used. I took it back to the Jeffersonville store with the original receipt and they verified that it had a $30 balance on it and said it should work. I asked for a refund or replacement card since 2 locations declined it and was told no refunds are given or replacement cards. So basically I’m out $30. Jeffersonville obviously has bad/shady business practices. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS from them or you will be out your money!

The workers then gave the order to correct person after the fact another customer just returned it! WTH! We told the customer and she did take the food back to cashier.
