It was wrong and not just (they forgot the mayo). Called Wendy's to speak with the manager, the call was as rough as the drive thru. No, we dont refund drinks (my Sprite is pink in color). I relayed my order details, they will replace now that my name is on the list. Manager would not give name or employee number, nothing was provided confirming that we have a pending replacement. I wasn't given an explanation date for the replacement and manager was snarky by talking over me. So very disappointing after a long day. I have always been thankful for food service employee 's but today was awful experience.
