I would like to clarify that they did make sure this issue did not go unsolved. I went through the drive thru after a 12 hour shift for a quick meal. Ordered a burrito, side of chips, side of chili crema. Young boy at the window spoke no words to me. The chili crema I requested on the side was not properly prepared and when I got home the crema was literally all over my entire dinner. 20$ for burrito and chips, that were ruined. Will not be returning.
