  Just walked in, place was extremely cleaned and organized and after being handed my food was told in a very genuine way to have a blessed day and it everything was calm. The pizza and dessert I got are hot and look amazing.

  If I could give zero stars I would. First the call center wouldn't honor their grand opening coupon. Called to the store he pretended to fix the issue until we got to the end and was still planning to charge me $6 more which would not be honoring the coupon and then told me in a snotty tone that he didn't see how that was misleading. So rude! I was excited for a closer location but I'll drive farther to the other one if I have to. Ridiculous

  I wish I could give this place zero stars. This was the worst experience ever and will ban this location as they do not deserve my hard earned money. I ordered 2 pizzas and after about an hour only 1 was delivered. I called back and the lady manager was not the friendliest said they will remake and send back out and to wait another 40 mins. We'll after about 50 mins I called back and was told my pizza was still at the store waiting to be picked up. I finally got it about 15 or so mins later and it was the worst looking pizza I have seen in a while. It was dry and I paid for extra cheese and it definitely didn't have that on it. I called back and asked this same manager for a refund. She was very rude and kept over talking me and made it seem like it was my fault and couldnt issue a refund because this was like a courtesy remake. I told her that was wrong since the first never was delivered so it wasnt a remake. She said they handed two pizzas to the door dash person and that was my fault if I didn't get my order. I kept trying to explain myself but she kept cutting me off and then hung up on me. I called corporate amd still waiting on a response but will never go to this location if I ever eat PJ again. There are plenty of pizza stores and to be treated like this means you don deserve my money. We should not settle for this and we all should ban them as I expect I am not the first and will not be the last. They are new to our area and I do not want them to think this is a standard for how we should be treated.
