Really disappointing service and poor communication — especially for a simple curbside order.

They gave me the pie and told me to wait in the next window. I spend 36 minutes (I had a broken leg) that is why I ordered in the drive thru and I went inside the restaurant and I ask for the coffee and they replied "what coffee?" I showed them my receipt and they said sorry here is your coffee. The most slowest drive thru that McDonald's might have.
