He had the audacity to go to the bathroom passed by us and didn't bring the food to our table. We noticed that our food was coming and went to staff and she was like here it is who was the manager. Did told the manager about it but didn't care less, the just said ok. We were the only Hispanics in there, and the other customer white, which they were having their food being delivered to their tables.

When my order was ready she placed it on the counter and walked away. Never even glanced my way. I can't imagine working in that kind of environment.

Trying to get my drink order changed because I didn't ask for an upsize drink he says to me that's what I'm supposed to do and if I didn't like the way he does his job he is sorry. I told him to not assume everyone wants to upsize. Then I asked for his managers name he said it was him and his name is Sonny. I will be speaking with his manager. I spend too much money there to be spoken in any type of way by anyone in anyway other than a paying customer the most of that locations staff is very unprofessional as I am closing examine my food believing they did something to it.
