  The customer service is god awful considering every question you try to ask a worker is met with an "I dont know" or "whenever the boss decides" as if a manager is supposed to dictate the STORE HOURS!?!? The staff, not to mention are extremely unprofessional using profanity with every other word, loudly complaining about wanting to go home even tho they are standing around DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING while ppl are waiting to order food bc that's apparently what the manager is dictating now. They blatantly ignored customers coming to the window like they didn't exist, refusing to acknowledge them indefinitely. This is a very poor way to run a business. If it's intended to attract and satisfy then believe me this is a big 0/10, dont waste your time. Unacceptable. 🫩 (we've been here waiting for an hour.)

  There is no customer service. You put everything in the computer yourself. Ordered a sweet tea. On the order they have a tea with lemonade. Fries are cold. They don't even clean the tables or sweep the floor. Had to wait for 3 or more staff to walk by before they asked anything.

  This McDonald's is the worst by far. New management and proper hiring need to be introduced ASAP. Completely wrong order, I get it- I should've checked the food after they gave it to me BUT ITS THEIR JOB. Hiring people who whisper when you order, who hand the food without checking what you ordered and the management who is INSANELY rude after THEY got the order wrong. This establishment is a joke.

  I am absolutely disgusted with the service of this restauraunt. The lady serving our food at the front counter was VERY rude. She ignored us when we found out we were missing an item, and the lady who did help us looked completely bothered by helping us. This is not the service with a smile I remember.

  Went here on Thursday. My mom wanted to dine in. This McDonald's is always a mess. But I said okay. Our order had 3 wrong items. And there was no ketchup or salt for customers for dine in. The ketchup dispenser was empty. Our food was sat forever before we recieved it. And I asked 4 times for ketchup. For 3 meals I was given 4 small packets of ketchup. I pointed out we had three meals. And she rolled her eyes and walked away. Ketchup dispenser was never refilled. This is a burger place! Kinda absolute minimum expectation. The staff ignored me and never gave me any ketchup. And left me standing there. Guess it was funny for them. And one of my wrong menu items was a wrong sized cup and the lady working the front all but threw the cup at me and said bye. We took our food to go. I will be putting this review everywhere I can because the experience this day was DISGUSTING. APPALLING behavior from your employee McDonald's. This location always struggles, but absolutely unexceptable. We paid over almost 40 dollars for a dine in cold meal that was wrongly made with incorrect items and couldn't even get condiments or be treated even okayish. I just can't say enough how actually disrespectful your staff was. Terrible. Treat people better.
