  I visited Krispy Kream on Veterans Parkway in Jeffersonville Indiana on 01/02/2026. When I arrived I was greeted at the drive thru with “can I take your order?” I asked for two dozen donuts and then I was advised that Krispy Kream, a donut shop, was out of donuts. I asked what donuts they had available and the employee said none (not even plain glaze). He told me to try again in a few hours. I came back 5 hours later and was told again that the donut shop didn’t have any donuts. They said they wouldn’t have any donuts until they found a driver for the truck. I then left with no donuts. I returned on 01/08/2026 after receiving an official email from Krispy Kreme with a barcode to scan for $2 dozen with the purchase of a dozen. The bar code says to scan for in store purchase. The manager told me at the drivethru that they are not able to scan anything and that he would not be giving me the second dozen for$2 as the email stated. I showed the email and barcode to the employee who claimed to be the manager. He said there is no way for the to scan anything and they can not over ride any price. Very poor customer service. I would probably not return to this location. Three visits to this location this year each being a disappointment. Between not having a single donut for 24 hours to not honoring barcodes/promo codes provided by Krispy Kreme is ridiculous. Very negative experience. Response to Krispy Kreme response below. I have already reported the incidents on the listed website. This was done before the review was completed and I have not heard anything as of two days later.

  I visited the drive-thru to order donuts and had trouble hearing the employee due to a nearby garbage truck. When I asked her to repeat herself, she became hostile and said she had already answered twice. When I pulled up to the window to clarify, she continued with an attitude and eventually slammed the window in my face after I said never mind. As a customer, this was disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be back.

  Got an original Kreme filled and there wasn’t any cream in it. It’s like they put the filler inside to make a hole but didn’t squeeze it to let any icing out. With each bite I took, I hoped for some cream but it never came.

  I visited the store with the hopes of taking some nurses at the VA hospital some hot donuts on Thanksgiving morning. So my surprise, I was overcharged for one box of donuts, +3 donuts extra. The total came up to $24 which was way too much. When I asked for a receipt, I was not provided one. Also, the donuts that I received tastes like the donuts from the night before they were still, and they were not fresh. Seems like they had sit on the shelf for a while. I was too far away to turn back. My advice to you is to check your receipt and make sure that it’s correct and if you’re going early in the morning, open the box up and make sure that you’re getting fresh donuts because this location does not serve fresh donuts, especially in the morning. This is my personal experience with this location.
