  I always get so excited to find a Dutch Bros on the East coast, traditionally because of the positive energy and consistent drink recipes. After waiting a little over 5 minutes without the drive thru line moving (there was one car at the window and 2 behind them, and raining so no one was outside taking orders) I decided to pull around and order at the wall up window. My single drink then waited in the cue for another 5-10 minutes that continued to grow, while team members were working on the smoothie/ slushy machines, washing things, etc. and one team member who was also manning the drive thru window completed everyone’s drink orders alone. Finally, the team member who took my order assisted and made my one drink. I had ordered a drink with cold foam and the carton they were using ran out, so instead of getting a new carton and putting the cold foam on my drink, I was given it with just extra cookie toppings and no foam (you pay extra for the cold foam). When receiving my drink, I was met with cold energy and a scoff when I asked for napkins and was handed paper towels (Dutch doesn’t traditionally have napkins so the paper towels were totally fine). I tend to support Dutch Bros over other coffee shops due to their positive vibes and strong brand message, but this experience really put a damper on my perception of the company’s service quality.

  I really like having an option other than coffee whenever I want a pick me up. The milkshakes are really good and different, too.

  I absolutely love their coffee but they are not quick enough. I literally pulled out of their drive through and went to 7 brew and they got me in and out. I drop past dutch brothers and the same cars were there!

  I've never had any problems with them. They're always so friendly and quick, even when they're really busy. When I do a mobile order to pick up, they always seem to have my coffee ready if not then within a few minutes of me standing there at the window. I just got a coffee today and they put a smiley face on my lid! It is so cute!💙

  I love Dutch Bros. Coffee. It's consistent in taste and quality. The Golden Eagle is delicious. That being said, I was given a gift card for $25 for my birthday. I used it successfully twice. On the third time, I told the girl, here's my gift card and I'll pay cash for the difference because it's not quite enough including tip. She scans it and says sorry, that gift card has a zero balance. I showed her that in fact it had $6.76 on it via their own app. Her response, "Sorry I don't know, I'd call support if I were you. My machine says reload.". She shrugs and that's that. Unacceptable. Perhaps the MACHINE needed you to reload? No effort to see what the issue was. No one else in line that it would hold up. Absolutely zero effort. Zero. None. ***I contacted support. Guess what? The card has a balance of $6.76. Just like the app said. ***I did attempt to email Dutch Bros. as requested. The email included in the response is invalid.
