    Bought 4 piece chicken baskets and they wanted $2 extra for sauce including ketchup. No sauce was given whatsoever. Will never go back, service here is trash.

    New everything except the service. Awful location. Closed 2 locations and plunked down in the middle of retail Hell. It used to be worth the interminable wait for a treat now and then, but not in this area. Too many other options.
