- NDnatalie deleonFeb 18, 20265.0when this location was first opening they held a practice run that I was lucky enough to be apart of. Tonight I ordered right before close and the staff was amazing. I was treated with smiles and didn’t feel like a nuisance. I work in healthcare now but used to work in food so it was refreshing to see this staff treating their customers with the best care possible. Thank you and I will be back soon

I've been avoiding this franchise lately because the last several I've gone to have not been posite experiences. This location has brought back my appreciation.

I was not greeted by any of the 4 people I seen working which is totally fine however the attitudes just got worse. When the man came over to take my order he still didn’t say a word. I started to order without any response from the employee. The portions were not even full scoops of literally anything. Paying extra for queso and guac you definitely want your moneys worth but I did not get it. There was an employee walking by where the grill is and I watched him blow smoke out of his mouth from his vape. The manager was doing food safety on the tablet however he only took the temperature of the rice on the hot side and salsa on the cold side and nothing else. Everyone had such a shitty attitude and poor customer service all together. The man in the back who hit his vape had is visor backwards. The man taking my order had AirPods in. I could go on and on about this experience.
