- BBBilly Brand3 days ago1.0If you go to get a drink and there are 3 cars in front of you and you think, hmmmm it should only be 5-7 minutes ——you would be wrong——but then 3 cars pile in behind you and you are kind of stuck So it takes 24 or so minutes to get a large fizz and this is somehow wildly acceptable for 7 brew to take up someone’s lunch break I get a lot of free drinks there because we are there a lot—- but today was likely a last straw ——I guess it’s time to move on —-today wasn’t the first time just the last time

- THT HOct 27, 20252.0Edit: I gave it a few weeks and returned. Definitely going to throw in the towel on this place, which is disappointing because it used to be my favorite. They didn't even fill the cup completely, as shown in the second picture. However, it did taste and look like it should this time. You can compare it to the same iced drink in the first picture and see the noticeable difference. I have to agree with the reviews that say things have become inconsistent, both with taste and total. Today, I purchased two of the same drink, one iced and one chiller, just like always. Generally they are very close in color. Lately mine, the iced one, has been wildly different tasting from time to time. Today, tasted like half and half and that's it. The total is ever changing, but I think that's because they aren't putting the order in correctly for the chiller. Sometimes it comes out with the carmel drizzle I order, sometimes not, and sometimes waaayyy too much. Cash is always completely baffling to whomever is at the register and they aren't as pleasant as they used to be.
