  New location, still poorly run. Most orders are late even when they aren't busy. Mostly younger people who couldn't care less about your order.

  I have tried the blizzards 3 times. Each time, they were runny and had way too much chocolate. They also did forget to turn the blizzards upside down which i would usually not mind, but considering the quality its disappointing. I have tried diary queen before and know this isnt the usual quality. If the workers can improve making the food right i would like to frequently visit again. Thank you

  This DQ is in a battle with Jack in the Box for worst new fast food place in Jeffersonville. and nearly winning. JITB is horrid. My biscuit sandwich at DQ today was dry, crumbled and fell apart - not good. I was holding on to egg at one point just to keep what was left of the sandwich together. My hashbrown was undercooked and fell apart as soon as I took it out and half fell to the floor. I have remorse for not just going down the street to Mickey-Ds. Not great either but predictably and acceptably mediocre.

  03/09/26 I came through the drive thru around 9pm and ordered 3 things, chicken tenders, fries and a cheeseburger, I drive all the way home and am missing the cheeseburger. Didn’t even bother going back or calling because they also didn’t give me a receipt.
