  This Chick-fil-A should be classified as a model location for all other location. Staff and management was top notch. We came here for my oldest Bday.

  Update: After posting this review, the owner of this Chick-fil-A, Terry Carrico, personally reached out to me. He was extremely professional, understanding, and genuinely focused on making things right. He took the time to listen to my experience, apologized for the repeated issues, and showed a strong commitment to improving both service and attention to detail. I really appreciated how proactive and solution-oriented he was. It’s clear that customer experience matters to him and that he’s working to ensure situations like mine don’t continue. While my initial visits were frustrating, the level of care and follow-up from leadership definitely made a positive impression. Thank you, Terry, for taking the time to address this and for your dedication to improving the customer experience. __________________________________________ I wasn’t going to write this review, but after the past three times I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A, I’ve had a problem every single time. This is the closest Chick-fil-A to me, which is very disappointing. At this point, I wouldn’t mind driving a few extra minutes to the one on Veterans Parkway just to get average-quality food at this point. The very first time I had an issue, I ordered the new Jalapeño Ranch Club sandwich. It was my first time trying it, so I was pretty excited. When I got home, I realized they forgot the bacon on my sandwich. It’s not a huge deal, but it definitely took away from the experience of trying something new. I called the restaurant, and the team member I spoke to was amazing, he offered me a free sandwich the next day. Customer service was good. The second time I went, I had another problem. I ordered the same sandwich—the Jalapeño Ranch Club. When I got home, the sandwich was grilled and didn’t have bacon once again. I would’ve just ignored it, but I don’t eat grilled sandwiches, so I called and they told me to come back. I drove all the way back up there, and when they gave me a new sandwich, the team member even told me to check it while I was there to make sure it was correct. So I checked it inside the restaurant and guess what it was missing? Jalapeños. There were no jalapeños on a Jalapeño Ranch Club. At that point, I just had to laugh because the lack of attention to detail was almost comedic. I showed the team member, and he gave me a cup of jalapeños, which is why I didn’t leave a bad review that time, it was an easy fix. But after driving all the way back home again, my sides from the original order were cold. Not a huge deal because microwaves exist, but still frustrating. Now for the third time. I ordered a Chick-fil-A nugget meal. Again, the team member who took my order was so sweet, she was amazing. I got my order, went home, and as I was eating the nuggets, I found raw nuggets. I’m so glad I always break my nuggets apart before eating them, because that is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. I could’ve easily bitten into raw chicken and gotten food poisoning. At this point, I didn’t even bother calling. I’m just amazed at how bad the service and food quality have been at this location. It’s very disappointing because I love Chick-fil-A, but this experience honestly disgusted me.

  Dasher shouldn’t have to wait in a long drive thru line. There should be a door or a way to help us. I want dash her any more.
