We ordered 2 of the turkey bacon ranch sandwiches....NO RANCH ON 1 AND NO BACON ON THE OTHER. The hot ham and cheese was COLD and wrapped in 2 papers like they were trying to heat it up. HIGHLY suggest not going to this Arbys!

I tried to give them a second try after the first incident, however, it happened again. I understand it being lunch rush, but both times it was a 25-30 minute wait, and that was me not even receiving my food, who knows how long the wait actually was. The second time, I was the only vehicle in the drive through, so I’m having a hard time understanding. At this point, it’s safe to say I will no longer be visiting this restaurant due to the excessive wait times. This is a fast food chain and unfortunately they are anything but fast.

When I got home with my order the cakes were ice cold.. there is no way they gave me fresh ones…. My roast beef also ice cold.. No napkins in the bag…. Over the past year this location has gone down hill very badly…
