  First of all the lady had me standing at the counter for 10 minutes before greeting ot co.e to place my order, so i placed my order on line. Then when i came back today got the same thing, the manager came to counter and how can i help seen that I was return the order told me i had to hold on, then went to put some cheese in the machine. The customer service sucks from the crew members to the manager. My order was messed, they didn't take the time to read and fixed it the way they want to. Then when I bring the food back to get it fixed correctly, the manager was talking about oh our wings are not coded., and the wings will not get crispy she a lie, yes it will. I mean i brought your food back so what is the problem just fix my food correctly and i will never come back to this location. I normally go on pendleton pike but I was closer to this location but never again. I see why this store got low ratings. Accuracy and customer service sucks!

  The wings always taste great, but the employees don't start on your online order until you show up. The last half dozen times I ordered online, regardless of the ETA provided when ordering, I had to wait 10-15 minutes for my order. I can show up at the ETA, 10 minutes late, or 30 minutes late, and it is always a 10-15 minute wait after I tell them I'm here. They also clear orders off their order screen before they prepared, which is plainly being done to juice their service metrics. Unclear if their manager is authorizing this conduct, but I have to assume so, since it's happened literally every time I've been here over the past 6 months, regardless of the time of day I place an order. That, or they need to hire some competent cooks.

  Female night worker was rude and unhelpful giving dirty looks. Made me to just turn back around and walk out the door when I walked into the door to begin with it smelt like the 420 smoke shop which I feel was a little inappropriate for a place of business that Serves food, also I knew when I was out back it automatically looked like a dumping ground for people for their trash and unfortunately animals,sad to see people go to pick up their dinner and what just decide to take thor animal to dump by the dumpster,poor thing was hungry and it wouldn't hurt to provide any chicken left behind,it not like they have too far to go. They're not going to cross that busy street and then the other direction is all businesses. So whoever keeps dumping their animals is of worthless space of air cuz poor thing can't even hunt anywhere for food. A lot of places are building shelters so that away the area is contained and one person will come out and feed it at night. So it's not digging through the trash or whatever. Can't stop it but we can control it and help it I feel
