I know that it makes the ticket times look really good, and I’m sure management loves that, but it’s not a good practice when you forget about customers in the waiting area because you’ve bumped their ticket.

I got my food pretty quick but did not like the flavor. I walked back to the counter to ask if I could get it respun or a different flavor. The kid went to the back and asked. He came back and said we can't do that. I then said ok and threw the 7 1/2 nuggets in the trash ate my fries drank my drink and politely left. I am heavily disappointed but not surprised.

I walked in asked for my order they said wasn't ready then I waited then went to counter asked again said to check the waiting area online orders checked again and still not there according to the guy and girl that were so in to the game my food was ready this whole time since I walked in and of course my food was nasty and cold from sitting out so long if they would have checked names correctly this wouldn't have happened the name AB was to difficult for them to find Do better with customer service I'm upset my guests had to wait for food and finally received but was cold and not fresh any more..The guy that was at register Black guy was very respectful and apologized for others mistake..waist of 87$
