  Listen to the other bad reviews about this place. The people running this one will serve you dry wings that don't even taste right. Then just the other day one of my coworkers ordered a meal and was only handed wings and nothing else but when he tried complaining they said he was out of luck since they didn't hand him his receipt. Shady people.

  This song was also doing a delivery for someone and they was taking a long time it was a long line also can barely find no parking anywhere and one day I had to park all the way to the next street and walk all the way to the store.

  If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I ordered from this wingstop on the website for delivery. They use DoorDash as their preferred service. Fine. But then my dasher did not show up with my order. And when I texted and called the dasher there was no response. So I called the store where I was immediately put on hold for ten minutes. So I called back to back eight times before someone finally got tired of the phone ringing and picked up. I was then told that it seems like my dasher stole my food and I needed to contact DoorDash for a refund because they could not issue it from the store?? I DID NOT ORDER WITH DOORDASH. They will not be able to refund me anything because I didn’t place the order with them. The responsibility for those orders falls on the store themselves. As I read the rest of these reviews I see that this is not a “one time” situation. Someone from corporate desperately needs to step in and retrain on customer service. Google rating is in the trash along with the customer service and retention. There are too many BETTER places to eat downtown for you to treat your customer base so poorly.

  I'd leave a zero-star review if I could. Placed a $55 order through the app to have it delivered. This is apparently a process that is outsourced to DoorDash. Get an alert that says our food has been delivered, but guess what? It isn't anywhere to be seen. So we call the store itself, hang on hold for 10 minutes, just to get hung up on. Eight calls later, finally get ahold of someone in the store, ask for a manager, and we are refused and told that our order has been *stolen* and to contact DoorDash customer service. That there is nothing they can do. Fun fact: DoorDash customer service isn't a thing! The corporate offices will be hearing about the atrocious customer service we received today. Save your money and order from Dave's or Popeyes. Lost a customer for life, and will be advising anyone who will listen to avoid this brand and shop. Absolutely ridiculous.
