    Ordered large fry, they gave me a medium. Burgers were cold, the cheese didn’t even melt on the burger, just a cold piece of cheese on top of cold meat. It’s like they didn’t even care.

    I ordered carry out for breakfast thinking it would be quicker than the long drive thru line. Oh boy was I ever wrong. Every car that was in line when I got there finished and was gone PLUS FOUR ADDITIONAL CARS! So about 8 or so people got served before I left. Mind you I ordered in the app, told them to make the order before I got there and still left without my food because it was taking so long I had to leave. From the time I hit make my order in the app until I left about 20 minutes passed. This is unacceptable. They even confirmed my order shortly after I walked in. I had to tell them to just cancel it because they clearly had not even started it when I left. This is not the only issue I have had with this location but this is probably the most ridiculous issue I’ve had. Now I have to sit here and wonder if they will cancel it and I get my money back or not and I’m far from happy. I’m not going to bother with this location again. I’m honestly shocked how they just ignored my order and that I was standing there waiting for everyone in the drive thru and then some. Wendy’s is great but this location is very poorly run.

    I went in and ordered in person with Shannon. This was around 8:15am, none of the breakfast menus were turned around. She was not at the front counter, but over talking with the guy working the drive thru. I placed my order & repeated it 3 times, as she was still having a convo with the other worker. I got my food & left. Upon getting to work I realized they had given me 4 sausage & cheese biscuits & not the egg & cheese I ordered. I'm a vegetarian so I couldn't eat the items. I called & spoke with both people who were both kind of rude & stated they had just made the order incorrectly, & that I could just come back & fix the order. I advised I was at work & that wasn't an option. Shannon then just kind of raised her voice & asked how I wanted to rectify the issue. I stated I wanted a refund at this point, & she just hung up. Never once did anyone apologize for this mistake or show any empathy towards the situation or their mistake.

    Myself and 5 other customers waited over 15 minutes. 1 employee setting in customers area spray bottle and pushing mop back and forth while on phone. Multiple employees walked up to front getting items for drive thru. We asked if anyone could help? All we received was a blank stare, as they walked away with their phone in their hands. We all walked out.... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ANYWHERE... And all of those people expect $25 hr to do NOTHING....

    The lady at the register, taking our order was very friendly and nice and accommodating. However , the manager lady in the red shirt who was working the fry station was quite rude. Not only on one occasion , but on several occasions not to the customers but to her employees , which is kind of more important , because she didn't have her employees , she'd be doing all that stuff herself. She definitely needs to be a little bit more grateful and courteous and appreciative of having her employees. Definitely needs to learn the word Excuse me, instead of You're in my way.
