    Everytime I come here the food is terrible. Today I was craving Wendy’s before my shift at 4:30 so I figured I would swing by before work. Google says it closes at 4am so I pull up and they refuse to take my order cause “they close at 3:30”🤦🏽‍♀️ guess I’m going to work hungry🫠

    No surprise that EVERY SINGLE recent review of this place is one star. Clearly the management and owners don’t care enough or at all to read these reviews and actually do something to change, so writing this is pretty pointless but I’ll do it anyways. Bought my free frosty with purchase key chain at different location a couple weeks ago which has prompted me to try to go more often mainly for frosties. This is location closest to my house, went in 5 days in a row, all during the day between 12-5 and everyday they don’t have frosties at all or they don’t have the only one I’ll order which is chocolate. And this has happened the few times I went there end of last year as well, always out of frosties and more likely last year since it was later in day that they cleaned machines early because they are lazy, and decide that customers don’t deserve to order what is offered on menu. Not to mention the chick at drive thru is super rude, you know who you are. Literally just pulled away from there ten minutes ago same thing and same chick so if you were the chick worki g drive thru then it’s you that’s the problem

    Not sure what is going on at this location, but it is gross. I've been using this location since I was a child. It's gone down hill real bad. Food is not good. All food is over cooked and sat for hours before serving you. And forget about getting help with a problem.

    This is literally the worst Wendy's to go to. I work nearby so it's nice to be able to drive over there on my break, until I'm sitting there for my entire 30 minute break and more without getting my food after paying for it They are constantly forgetting items and give you attitude if you come back for them to fix it.

    Literally the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Always different people working, yet somehow always slower than any other location I’ve been to. I don’t know if they’re just understaffed or what, but I’m starting to think it may just be a management issue since nothing seems to change ever. I placed my order on the app, then took about 5 minutes to drive to the restaurant and to my surprise was greeted with an empty drive-through. The girl at the speaker said “we’ll be right with you,” and I proceeded to sit there for about 10 minutes before anyone even came to take my order…which had already been placed for 15 minutes at that point. Then another 7-ish minutes at the window before getting my food. One time, a few months back, I came through and got nuggets and fries, and it was a very similarly lengthy process. I was already five minutes away from the restaurant when I picked up my first fry and bit into it, only to realize they were still frozen and hadn’t been cooked or even reheated AT ALL, so my lunch that day consisted of just a 6-piece nugget and a Sprite. Wendy’s is cheap, even for fast food, so I don’t expect top-notch service or food quality. The bar for fast food in Greenwood is already pretty low as it is. But I’m starting to get REALLY sick of this particular Wendy’s. This and the McDonald’s across the street are the only fast food places near my workplace…but at this point, I might as well say that McDonald’s is the only one, because for this location, the “fast” definitely isn’t there. I could probably go into Bubba’s Right across the street and sit down, order, and get my food faster than it takes the employees here to pump out one small order.
