  Had the worker tell me they were in the restroom and ask if I could wait until they were done to help me. Should be reported to the health department.

  I had a really frustrating experience at Wendy’s today. I came on my lunch break expecting a quick, accurate order, and instead got the complete opposite. I ordered an Oreo brownie ice cream and was told they didn’t have Oreo but had everything else. That’s fine, but then I was handed a plain chocolate Frosty with no explanation. That’s not what I ordered at all. It didn’t stop there. I ordered a Biggie Bag and was given the wrong nuggets, regular instead of spicy, and only three nuggets instead of four. I also specifically asked for my lettuce and tomatoes on the side. The employee repeated it back to me, I confirmed it, and somehow it was still wrong. On top of all that, the food wasn’t even hot. It felt like no one was paying attention to anything I said. The entire order was incorrect from start to finish. To make matters worse, there’s no easy way to contact the store directly to address the issue. That’s extremely frustrating as a customer. This was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest others double-check their orders before leaving.

  I waited almost thirty minutes in the drive thru with no explanation of why it took so long. They finally, came to the window and just handed me my bag and closed the window

  Will never go back to this Wendy’s. Was in drive through line of 3 car’s for 15 minutes. That just happens and I get it. Employee must not been able to speak because I never heard a word from her. When I worked a drive through we always greeted the customer and said thank you. Not here. Our sandwiches were smashed and the meat wasn’t even warm. No napkins in the bag, of course. It’s just a shame that it seems no one takes any pride in anything they do these days. There is another Wendy’s further east on 86th that is leaps and bounds better than this one and that is where we’ll go from now on. I expect just a little better for $28 for two burgers, two fries and two cokes

  This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Last time I went here, nobody came on the intercom after 5 minutes of waiting despite not being busy on a weekday at 5:30 PM. A few years ago I visited later in the evening and the fries tasted dry like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for 6 hours. I used to just take my business to the Wendy's near 106th and Michigan Rd only a few minutes away but corporate decided to sell that location off even though they actually sold quality product unlike this location they kept open. I don't see this location being open much longer.
