  I had the pleasure of going to Wendy the first time. I am came to this Wendy’s close to where I live. I have to say and point out the manager that was on shift that day Keshia. She was very professional, kind. My order was hot and well prepared and packaged. Throughout all this the thing that stood out to me most and made me want to do this review. Keshia was a true boss. What I mean by that she worked along with her staff encouraged them and was what I think a manger should be. She was not just standing there letting the team members do everything. She was hands on and run all over the where she was need. I give this restaurant a a 5 star rating and it was all due to Keisha I was very impressed!

  I went to this location around 2:30 and ordered a $32.00 order. As I finished my paying I noticed the sandwich maker making food with no gloves. I asked the cashier was this new she hesitated and say no. His clothes and apron was dirty I wanted a refund. The cashier explains to me that I have to wait for the manager to come from outside which was 10-15 min later to give a refund. Didn't apologize or say anything. She came from outside didn't wash her hands and just gave my money back. Wouldn't give this location another try. Although I did go to the other Wendys on 55th Keystone and they did correct. Manager was stocking the sandwich line and putting dates on everything with gloves and cleaning. I arrives there after 3pm. They gave me hot food and everyone there with a smile. This location on Meridian was the worst experience Please teach your team friendliness and cleanliness

  I ordered from this location on Door Dash. They LITERALLY sold me watered down chili. This was intentionally done. There is NO WAY when they served this did it look like chili. Shame on you!

  Had an issue in the drive thru, the manager Krystal handled it like a professional. I appreciated her efforts to sort out the situation. Hire more people like her!
