  Another typical fast food experience. Got order wrong. (Once I saw the receipt I saw it was sent to the kitchen wrong.) Overpriced. Soda machine not working right. At least it was clean and not overrun by homeless??

  This place says it's open 24 hours. It is not open for 24 hours a day.

  The 5 stars only goes for the employee Derek. He was the only One taking anybody’s orders and making the orders. I heard other people that I did not see them nor did I see them help him. He is an incredible worker and tried his hardest to do all of it by himself. Been here about 20 mins and just now seen the manager. But yet instead of helping she wants him to make drive thru food as well. poor leadership

  Wendy’s, located at 16th & Shadeland, is back at it again acting like 2020 Covid 16th & Shadeland Wendy’s location: multiple cars in the parking lot, restaurant is supposed to be open, nobody to be found, no one taking orders, no one at the register, no one cooking food. This time, however, a thin tanned man wearing a headset paced back & forth avoiding eye contact and hiding. Close this location already. ___________________________ 2nd Review - I can only edit my 1st review not add an additional review. I’m back again at 6:35 on April 7, 2026. Y’all are “open.” All lights are on. No one is taking orders. The car in front of me waited at the drive-thru and drove off as well.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
