Just as we are committed to serving the best quality food every single day, we are committed to serving you during this time. Whether it’s via dine-in, the drive-thru or delivery where available, we remain focused on having your back.
This store claims to be open 24 hours, but I arrived at 6:00 AM to make a purchase, and the store associates wouldn't serve me. ///I don't recommend it. Don't waste your time here.////

0 STARS!!! CHECK YOUR MEAT!On 04/08/2026 my client and I ate at Wendy's location in Indpls, IN at 5509 Keystone Avenue. I ordered a Dbl chsburger combo, my client ordered the Baconator combo. Many customers who came in after us (client I care for & myself)received their orders before us, after about 15 mins I went up to counter w/ receipt a girl attempted to take my order. I advised her we had been waiting for at least 15-20 mins for our food already. Finally received our order (staff very unorganized on who was doing what). Opened my burger,1st thing I noticed was the pile of grease the burger was sitting in. Did not look appetizing! Didn't want to complain as I was there w/ my client. I took a bite of my cheeseburger & knew immediately it was raw but thought maybe it was just a coincidence that it was pink in that 1st bite. I hesitantly took another bite & immediately could tell I was eating raw burger & saw the whole inside of both burgers were raw! I immediately told my client to check his burger, was ok. I took my burger to the counter immediately. All I heard from employees were "Well I didn't do this, I didn't do that." Had it been just me I would have demanded a refund & left but didn't want to embarrass my client. The only thing offered was another burger I reluctantly accepted. While waiting, an employee came from around the counter & advised me that this is a common issue there, which made me even more disgusted/reluctant. Asked mgr's name, she said it was Rose. After speaking to her for about 5 mins, a lady finally brought another burger to the counter & told me to check it.?? I said, "Well obviously I have to bite into it to make sure it's done." She said, "Oh yeah yeah you're right, here I follow to your table to be sure." I DIDN'T even want to bite into it! I did, it was done, but appetite was beyond gone. To avoid offending my client I forced a cpl more bites, told client I was full bc again I did not want to make a big deal in front of him, but I just couldn't stomach another bite. Meanwhile I look up at the counter, 2 girls from behind the counter were standing, whispering while looking at me, clearly talking about me. I normally would have confronted them but again bc of my client I let it go. I did take pics of the 1st burger inc the 2nd bite I was trying to eat (was so raw pieces of raw meat were falling off the whole thing!)the 2nd burger went in the trash. By the time we left I felt very nauseous & soon had some diarrhea hit after getting my client home. Was going to begin this process of complaint & seek council immediately that evening when I got home but was caring for/helping my daughter who has miscarried her baby which superceded anything I experienced or needed to do & so naturally my mind was also elsewhere! I became very nauseous before leaving/ended up w/diarrhea. Was told by employee this is very common there which is NOT ok & dangerous to people's health, the employees only cared to pass blame, following me to my table (why she thought I could tell by looking at it) but making me feel even more pressured to bite into it, then to see 2 girls looking/clearly whispering & snickering about me, & the mgr should have been addressing this w/ her employees IMMEDIATELY but clearly no one was concerned, some thinking it's ok to whisper n snicker.Since this seems to be a common issue there (definitely going to research reviews also while leaving mine), nobody seemst to care inc & esp Mgr as I too have worked fast food many times in my yrs of working, & make sure they learn this is NOT ok to keep letting go, making people sick etc..I'll also be seeking counsel. Attached will be pics of receipt & raw burger.
