  TRAINING!! CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IS NEEDED BADLY. I WILL NOT COME BACK. 6:00 pm @ your 82nd St location. Walked in no one spoke or asked if they could take my order. There were 2 ppl behind the counter. I had to ask one of them if he could take my order since he was standing at the cash register! Reluctantly, he took my order, then my $; handed me my bowl & NO THANK YOU; NO HAVE A GOOD DAY…. NOTHING!!

  I stopped in for a quick morning smoothie and had a very mixed experience. First, I want to highlight the older woman working the register. She was absolutely phenomenal. She was kind, patient, and took great care of me while I was deciding what to order. Her customer service alone made a strong positive impression. Unfortunately, my experience with the employee preparing the smoothies was the complete opposite. While I understand the importance of working quickly and efficiently, there were multiple mistakes and a lack of professionalism. She appeared to assume my order instead of confirming it and began preparing a drink with peanut butter before my order was even finalized. Even after the correct order was placed and printed, the same mistake happened again. When I politely asked if peanut butter had been added, she responded with noticeable attitude. I explained that I did not order anything with peanut butter, and her reaction was dismissive and unprofessional. What concerned me most is that this kind of assumption can be serious. Many people have peanut allergies, and accuracy matters just as much as speed in a food service environment. To her credit, the third smoothie was made correctly and tasted good. I also tried to be understanding and even offered to pay for the extra drinks to avoid any issues for her, but that was ignored. Overall, if it were not for the excellent service from the woman at the register, this would have been a very negative experience. She truly saved the visit. I understand everyone can have off days, but professionalism and attention to detail are essential, especially when it comes to food service and customer interaction.

  I want to first start by saying I love the tropical smoothies bowls. Delicious! However this particular location on 82nd st Indianapolis the serves was terrible! I’m going to assume because teenagers are working here. (Customers service from teens at these fastfood restaurants are unbelievable in a bad way) I ordered my food. The young lady walked away before I even paid and didn’t get a receipt. I sat down and waited for my tropical smoothie bowl and when it came out the young man just dropped my order on the table and walked away as if he had an attitude. I ignored it. As I proceeded to eat my mango bowl the açaí was very frozen. This is suppose to be like a smoothie texture. It was more like a hard popsicle. Almost like a frozen sherbet. I have been to other locations and never experience a bowl or customer services such as this one. Highly disappointed and will not be back to this location. Although it’s 5 mins from my house. I’d rather drive to fishers instead. When another young lady came who appeared to be around their age the energy shifted to a more welcoming and friendly interaction.

  The food in the smoothies are very good, but I overheard What looked to be the owner, an older gentleman with gray hair, bad mouthing someone after they left and warning his employees customers Just try to get free stuff.. There was also what appeared to be a small child working
