Went on a Saturday night and was super disappointed. The place had weird vibes and felt sketchy. Was really hoping for more of a bar type atmosphere but it was just a worse taco bell. They were very disorganized, its good they carded us but they did it multiple times for the one drink we ordered because they couldn't keep straight what they were doing or what we ordered. In theory, a taco bell that serves alcohol is a great idea for people in their early to mid twenties, but the execution is just super poor at this location. Glad we went so when this place closes we won't feel like we missed out.

Food is great, if you can get it. The security guard was auctioning off people's orders for cash to the highest bidder, screaming at customers quote "I am the police and I will arrest you". Totally bizzare and never seen anything like it at any other taco bell. Not even that crowded, maybe 10 people waiting on mobile orders. Nobody was allowed inside until you showed that your mobile order was ready. Estimated wait time on our mobile order was 2 hours, no exaggeration. Again, only about 10 people ahead of us. Everyone was frustrated, nobody was getting their food. We eventually gave up and bid on a mystery bag from someone else that had given up. The positive side is the food was good and we got to try some new menu items that I wouldn't have typically ordered. Security guard was a nightmare and making everyone very uncomfortable.

Ordered food and waited over 40 minutes. Heather kept on brushing me off because she was flirting. She wouldn’t even turn around to help out. By the time I asked my food was all cold I asked them to remake it or a refund and they said they couldn’t. The staff was too occupied taking shots and flirting than helping out. $80 worth of food down the drain. Heather didn’t check she just clocked out and lefts I had to ask for help from someone else. Supposedly it was her first day and she didn’t know what to do is what the staff kept saying but she was just flirting the entire time. I could literally see my name on the pick up window.

Please tell me why some random dude hops out of his car and solely goes “y’all got ID’s?” WITHOUT explaining himself. We keep on walking, thinking he’s some random dude hopping out of his car and asking us, and he follows into this place and says “y’all can go.” Ridiculous! You work security at a Taco Bell at 3:30 am, who are you to have a power trip and think we’d know you’re security without having a logo shirt on or anything. Mind you all he was doing was bouncing a basketball with his car door open. Either be at the door doing your job or go be lazy somewhere else.

This was one of the most frustrating and concerning fast food experiences I have had in a long time.
I placed a pickup order at this Taco Bell location during my lunch break and expected a fairly simple experience. The app gave me a ready time, so I expected my food to actually be ready around that time. Instead, my order ended up being delayed by about 15 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. That delay was not minor for me because it caused me to be late getting back from lunch.
Unfortunately, the delay was only part of the problem.
After waiting longer than I should have, I was finally handed my food, and it was immediately obvious that the order was not right. My quesadilla did not appear to be properly prepared. The cheese was barely melted, and the whole item looked underdone and not ready to be served. On top of that, my taco was also made incorrectly. So after already being delayed, I was still handed food that looked poorly prepared and an item that was wrong.
What made the experience even worse was the atmosphere inside the store while I was waiting.
During the delay, I personally overheard an employee complaining and swearing to another employee about how understaffed they were. I understand that places can get busy and that staffing issues happen, but hearing that kind of conversation while customers are waiting on delayed orders does not create confidence, especially when the food being handed out does not appear to be prepared properly.
The overall impression I got was that this location was not operating in a controlled or professional way. Between the late order, the food quality issues, the incorrect item, and the employee conduct, this did not feel like one small mistake. It felt like a location having broader problems with timeliness, quality control, and professionalism.
What frustrated me even more is that I tried to address the issue afterward and did not feel like the seriousness of the experience was really reflected in how it was handled. From my perspective, this was more than just a simple inconvenience. I lost time during my lunch break, was late getting back, and was handed food that did not look like it should have been served in that condition.
I do not leave reviews like this lightly, but this experience was bad enough that I felt other customers should know. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about ordering from this location. There were too many issues at once for me to have confidence in returning.
This review reflects my personal opinion and firsthand experience as a customer at this location.
