  If I can write this store, customer service with zero star I will definitely do as a Doordash driver at 12:15. I waited inside the store because the doors are open for 15 minutes and suddenly one of the employee came and she said you have to get out because the store supposed to be closed, but I said to her I got through the door because doors are open and she wanted me to wait in the drive-through. So I will waste another 15 minutes waiting in the line. Meanwhile, the order it was on the table and it’s ready if she’s not capable to take her job seriously and lock the door it’s not the driver the problem. It’s her problem. the management should do something with your employees And discipline them

  I strongly advise against visiting this fast food establishment. There’s a place about 2.8 miles away, roughly a 6-minute drive, that operates more efficiently. Here’s the address: 8080 E US Hwy 36, Avon IN 46123. The staff, particularly one of the managers at 9120 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46234, was quite unfriendly and tends to close early. They do not adhere to Tacobell policies. The food service is subpar; I have read numerous reviews regarding the food and service at this establishment. As a food critic who reviews local areas across the USA, I believe action needs to be taken regarding the staff. My experience at this location was captured on dashcam, providing evidence of how they treat customers.

  Placed order online and went to the wrong taco bell. Got to this one 20minutes later. Was greeted with an unfriendly attitude that made me feel unwanted as a guest then left to sit at the window waiting for maybe 2 minutes before being told to pull around and wait at the front door. Doritos taco was put in bag upside down where ingredients were falling out of it over the other food items.Rediculous.

  Ijust went this place for takeout my order This is worse place for Taco Bell lovers and I ordered vegetarian combo and they added some kind of meat on taco, they need to close because kitchen was massive, also service is very poor.
