  About ten drive through order went ahead of mine even though I ordered online and check in. Never have I had such slow service for a so called "fast-food chain"

  I ordered almost worth $40. I got a combo that included a 5 piece nugget as you can see in the picture the nuggets are very bad and nasty. They also didn’t give me a large nacho fry that I ordered. Also I got a bunch of tacos and most of them had no meat in them and the ones that did had very little meat.

  Used their mobile app 2 X's and both times the order not ready but it was also missing items. What's the point of a mobile app if you get the same service as if you go thru the drive thru. Perhaps if they weren't so rushed to get the order ready they wouldn't miss order items.

  My order was prepared wrong .. forgot to add sour cream and to add tomatoes and onions.. and i ordered large fries but got medium.. workers are being cheap and un-professional

  Zero stars. Front door locked at 12:30in the afternoon. Closed as far as I’m concerned. Don’t know how they can move down the street into a bigger place when the doors are closed. This wasn’t the first time at that store. The one on Michigan north of 96th was hopping.
