  gave me beef when I ordered a black bean cheesy gordita crunch. I've been vegetarian for 8 years and I literally ate the lowest grade of beef cause the kitchen can't read or understand English . and then the manager said I was wrong AFTER I tipped her AND waited over 10 mins for a refund . she slammed the window and blamed me for holding up her line and throwing off the energy . wouldn't provide me with a receipt of my regular order .

  There was a wonderful girl named daija And she was so friendly over the drive-through and whenever I got up to the front and I realized that my card declined she had so much patience and she made me feel better about my day. She had a great smile on her face and I’ve never had that experience at the Taco Bell ever she also just treated me well and with the customer service that was going on between her and the coworkers going around I could tell that there was something different about that Taco Bell versus all the Rest of them!

  Develyn was horrible. I asked her to remake my coffee because there was no creamer in it and she refused, called her boss, then stole my money I used to buy a new coffee. I ordered a new coffee and she refused to make it for me. HORRIBLE customer service, all I asked was for a new coffee to be made and she yelled at me and called her boss on me. Absolutely horrible, fights happen here all the time, the staff is rude and always gives attitude, and they don’t give me what i order and refuse to give what I DID order.

  I came thru the drive thru and one ask for my food fresh didn’t mind the wait on my way to work… I ordered the beefy 5 layer burrito w/extra beef easy bean, also got the chicken beacon ranch fry w/extra chicken…. Fries old as all get out..neither item had extra anything… I called and spoke to Morgan and I told her what happened, she tells me to bring the food back from after my 9 hour shift for a refund on the extra meat I did not receive!! What!? So you take my food, trash it but refund me for the extra meat I did not receive?! She said yeah? How do you do that I need my money back for all the food if you’re taking it… They hire these young kids who have 5 yr old conversations…. Non e of this made any sense.. I won’t be back!
