I ordered a hard shell Doritos taco, and it came with only meat and barely any cheese — no lettuce and almost no toppings. It was basically just meat in a shell with a few pieces of melted cheese. What was more disappointing was the customer service. I was polite, said thank you, and tried to be respectful, knowing how hard people in food service work. However, the staff at the drive-thru seemed disengaged. Two employees stood at the window staring out instead of assisting efficiently. It felt unprofessional and unorganized. I’ve had to return multiple times because orders were incorrect, and it’s frustrating to spend money for multiple people and not receive a basic order done properly. This location used to do a great job, but something has clearly changed — whether it’s training, management, or staffing. I hope improvements are made because this kind of experience shouldn’t be the norm.
