The crew has always been extremely friendly and very apologetic when there’s a delay. But I never care about the delay because the meal is always worth the wait. - MMMaddie MullerMar 28, 20261.0Never even received my food. Placed an order with the Taco Bell app for delivery. Delivery is obviously contracted through DoorDash. My order was apparently stolen by the first driver as when the order was reassigned I was told I needed to place the order again. The order got assigned to a THIRD driver who was kind enough to let me speak to the Taco Bell employee. This employee did nothing but speak over me, told me I needed to reorder my food through DoorDash when I had ordered through the Taco Bell app. Would not listen to me when I told them that I cannot access DoorDash support as the order was placed through Taco Bell. I explained that I already filled out the Taco Bell support form and that they would contact me at some undetermined time, but my order was still in limbo. They then proceeded to hang up on me and shut my dasher out of the drive thru window. Truly unprofessional service and an astounding lack of knowledge on how online orders work through the Taco Bell app. The leadership for this store needs some serious evaluation.
