  They didn’t have the slush I ordered and was replaced with a flavor I did not like. Asked us to move the car forward immediately after pulling up past the drive-thru window then reverse TWICE because it affected their timing which I did. Screaming you could hear through the shut window. They completely forgot 5 soft tacos and my chips. Locos taco was smashed to pieces and had random cross contaminated pieces of lettuce on it. New menu item Crunchwrap slider was disgusting and they didn’t remove the pico like I asked. Ordered a drink “dirty” for an up charge which they gave me a regular drink without the creamer. Had to drive back and have missing food be made causing my meal to get cold. Took multiple attempts for them to understand what was missing or messed up despite being handed the receipt. Tried to refuse to give me extra sauce even though it limits how many you can add of each flavor to an order but gave in and handed me extra. Girl had her purse on her shoulder during the first interaction but had removed it for the second go around. Would highly recommend NOT eating here and if you do anyway check your bag to the point of opening every single item including the ones cooked to be sealed. I was the only one in line and they still couldn’t take a moment to make or check all of my items were in the bag.

  I had two free taco coupons - I went inside to redeem; employee was super nice and got it taken care of quickly. Tacos were full and generous. They were really good for fast food. Great experience!

  make this make sense! they won't take your order through the drive thru during business hours.... they say you have to be a doordash?! but if you order pickup on doordash i picked it up 4 min later!!? what the heck is that about sounds like the staff dosent wanna honor their business hours posted on google!!??
