- EKEbo Knee5 days ago1.0at this point given all the bad reviews with similar stories of not being greeted, the food being far from fresh, skimpy portions, etc..who is the franchisee/regional manger for this store? these reviews need attended to. today they decided i didn't need lettuce at all on one of my sandwiches. i got six pieces of spinach in the other. no one said anything to me at all walking in. zero customer service at this store and it translates to the food. its official subway has gone down hill. then got the neeve to have a hiring sign!! the deals through the app were the only thing keeping me coming back but im good on subway all together.
