As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- JPJoey PellecchiaMar 29, 20261.0The wait times (at the WINDOW) for an online order are absolutely absurd. This location works incredibly slow, even when there is nobody in the drive thru. Over 26 minutes to get my food after ordering. This doesn’t factor in the disgusting & old oil they used, the cold burger I received, or the watered down soda. Sure, an mvp meal deal is $4. Was it worth it? Probably not. Would I return? There is nothing that would make me return, especially TO this location. I’m glad it’s only $4 I’m out, and not more.

Well, it seems no one was there. we drove up and the registers were pulled out and not a soul in site. No sign, no nothing. Another fast food establishment that has wasted my time for the last time! Goodbye rally’s. There is one in Muncie Indiana that does it right though. I will always patronize that one.

The restaurant's website states it stays open until 3 AM, but then I discovered the staff were laughing and playing around, completely disregarding the customers. This restaurant needs to be re-evaluated before it's too late, and the staff replaced immediately, because the restaurant's reputation will be ruined.
