As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- RSRosezalynn Sanford3 days ago1.0Very slow today drive thru at least 15 to 20 minutes no hello no may I help you no nothing . I would of bagged out but it was cars behind me . Thumbs down. Not blaming the staff but it should not just be one person working both windows .

The food was served cold, which made it really unappetizing and not what you expect when you’re ordering fast food. On top of that, the service was lacking. The staff didn’t seem very attentive, and the overall experience just felt rushed and careless. It’s frustrating when both the food quality and customer service miss the mark. I usually enjoy Rally’s, but this visit definitely fell short. Hoping this was just an off day and improvements are made.

Both paddies were broken up looking like someone was having fun playing with my food. I also ordered chili cheese fries a large if that was a large I would hate to see the small. Also not even enough chili or cheese sauce to cover a thread of the fries. It was so cold that I had to reheat them. Definitely not worth the money that I spent.

I also ordered a 6 PC mozzarella stick which they didnt even give me went back through and got it and then found out they didnt even give me the 6 PC we ordered. Staff isnt friendly at all. When requesting condiments for the food they then informed me it would be 75 cents for a thing of ranch. Do not recommend this location
