They are not at all efficient and were moving too slowly and my order took more than an hour to get ready. There were many others waiting as well while the in line orders went through really quick. Terrible service, if you value your time, don’t go to this branch.

We had been waiting for an hour and a half for our food that we MOBILE ORDERED and they still haven’t given it to us. we have watched so many people come in and get their food waiting in line and nobody has been working on the mobile orders at all. Why did I mobile order if they aren’t even going to make our orders and just do people in line. The people in line have been waiting 10 min max while we have waited for an hour and a half.

But I went in Sunday (29Mar) evening. When we entered the employee working the line looked up and darted to the back. We stood there waiting for about 3-5 minutes before another employee greeted us and asked “have you been helped?” I told them that we hadn’t and I wasn’t sure where the guy that was on the line disappeared to. The new guy went to the back and was gone for about 2 more minutes. He then returned and fumbled through making our order - I am 90% sure both of them were high as they were both giggling about the terrible service they were providing. The food tasted fine but I was suspect of eating it. Please fix this! I used to frequent the QDoba before it moved across the alley to the new location. I stopped because it was so poorly managed that behavior like this was what you encountered every time you went in. This area is in a peak tourist area. Is this really how we want our visitors to this city being treated?
