  This is the third time I’ve had a similar experience. When getting home late from work I like to stop in and get a double order of Garlic Cheese stick. The same gentleman is alway the one to take the order. The first experience it took 15 minutes for the gentleman to find the buttons to create the order on the kiosk, but the food was timely. The second experience he took a similar amount of time, entered the order wrong, and I had to wait for my food to be remade. I was there for 40 some minutes waiting. The third time was today, I had placed the order with the same individual, but he had entered it wrong so they didn’t even start making my order till I was waiting for 20 minutes. It again took 40 minutes for me to get my food. I’m an incredibly patient person but today really made me frustrated. The worst part is everyone working there is wonderful it’s just that one individual I see slowing everything down.

  They don't always make the pizza right. Also, the staff will not acknowledge your even there.

  My son placed a timmed order at 3 to be pick up at 7:30 . He went to go picked it up . Lobby was closed and he went through the drive through to get his order . He waited for 25 mins . No 1 came to the window . 1 worker came outside talking on there phone . This Pizza Hut is the slowest and the workers are rude . I tried to call the store and no 1 ever answer the phone . Pizza Hut you got to do better

  Was greeted by a manager in her pajamas. Waited 40 min for our food. This place is the dirtiest pizza place I've ever been to. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We will never go back there. This location before the remodel use to be amazing. Definitely not anymore. Find somewhere else to go.

  this pizza hut is only 10 mins from my house and i’m confused as to why i received my food cold? then i’m calling and calling the store and absolutely no one answered the phone, i also called beforehand to see if the ranch came with the wings because it doesn’t show in the app. worst pizza hut ever i’m actually disgusted. shoutout to the doordash driver they sent me and the guy didn’t even knock on my door when he arrived :)
