  To sum up without writing an entire paragraph I would just like to say even though the store was busy at the time when I arrived, I waited about 10 minutes picked up my pizza and after returning home, I find my pizza with a half eaten pepper Cheney on it and a pepper Cheney stem thrown on top of my pizza Completely baffled by this because as I can see, there are bite marks in this half eaten pepper Cheney with the seed spread out all inside of the box. I decided to call the store manager to talk about it and see what could be done to make this right because in my opinion, this is very unsanitary and if we were a joke from an employee, I personally did not find it very funny. After talking with Manager, I had just ended up asking for a full refund. I did not want to come back and get another pizza if they are just going to sabotage food that not only I but my two young children would be eating as well. I did not appreciate the facetiousness And lack of authenticity from Manager in store For future orders, I will never return to this Papa Johns again for this small but yet significant issue I have experienced

  Good but they forgot to cut my pizza lol. I laughed it off cuz I had a pizza cutter at home.

  I just want to take a moment to give a big thank you to Papa John’s. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Serenity, who went out of her way to make accommodations for me that she absolutely didn’t have to. That level of kindness and understanding really meant a lot, and I truly appreciate her for that. It’s not every day you come across people who treat you with that level of respect and care. Great service like this does not go unnoticed—thank you again!

  Food is great. Drive through option is nice. But I had to wait five minutes at the window just to finally be acknowledged by someone who merely raised a finger through you closed window to let me know it would be another minute. Probably 8 minutes altogether waiting before they asked me my name and promptly handed me two pizzas that had probably been done for 20 minutes and which I had already paid for.

  Getting to the restaurant 5 minutes after the pizza said it was ready, on line. Then i waited another 25 minutes to get my pizza with no other customers there. Completely unbelievable.
