- JDJeff DavidsonMar 24, 20261.0I place a pizza ouder at 9:54 pm they took the ouder and they took the credit card payment. I left a 20% tip for the driver. (Which I thought was pretty generous). They said it will take 45mins. Then I tryed to call to call they to check on the ouder at 11:10pm the guy that answered the phone said there is no ouder under my name. So I called 3 more locations and no one could find my ouder. Then one of the manager at one of the locations I called told me to call the call center and the guy that took the ouder said he needs to transfer me to the store location so he did and the store never pick up the phone it just rings and after a while it just hangs up. I never got my ouder/dinner and they got the money. This is the worst pizza place ever. I dont recommend this place. I can't believe i was treated this way. I will never pre pay again.. never
- RMRae MbogaJan 28, 20265.0Uber messed up on their end with a Pizza Special. I added beef on one pizza and paid extra but when called it was not showing on there. When I called, Rick said he would fix that for me and treated my issue with respect and professionalism. Thanks Rick!
