Managers are non-existent and when available are also terrible at addressing issues. Drive out of your way to go to any other Panera but this one. Trust me it is not worth the time and energy to chance it.

I ordered a full salad and was given an extremely small portion of dressing — it didn’t even look like 1 oz. It was barely enough to coat a few bites. This was for dine-in, which makes it even more surprising. If this had been a takeout order, I would have gotten home and been even more frustrated. For the price Panera charges for salads, customers should receive a reasonable amount of dressing to actually enjoy the meal. Please be more mindful of portion consistency. It really affects the overall experience.
