  Cold bagel and then she refused to toast it for me I only ordered a bagel and it toke them 15 min to give me a cold bagel

  The catering manager, Londyn, is our absolute favorite! She is always right on time, takes care of ever detail, so friendly and helpful early in the morning, and has even checked in to see if she can bring additional items for us after the drop off and set up. A real gem and we are happy to have them deliver to our event every time!

  Best thing I did today was Panera Bread!! Jazzy Jeff the customer service advocate helped me get my order in. It’s been awhile since I’ve been in a Panera and first time I have visited the downtown location. I was a little overwhelmed by all the changes ( it’s been 10 years since my last visit). I ordered the oatmeal with strawberries and a raspberry tea. Exactly what my stomach needed!!!! I’m feeling better and wanted to share my experience with others. Derrick, who is a new manager, greeted me at my table and made sure everything was okay. Thanked him and said I was having a great experience!! If all Panera Bread locations were as well run, organized and clean like this location, Panera Bread would be the number one restaurant in Indiana, possibly the United States!!

  Extremely slow service and inconsistent service. The app will quote you a 20 finish wait time, expect double that. Panera Bread management has failed this location and set their staff up for drowning in the lunch rush every single day. Will be avoiding until actual changes are made.

  I go here frequently since I work nearby, my food is always delicious and there have only been errors a handful of times and they always address the issue and remedy it! Sometimes it can get VERY busy, especially when there are conferences in town so I always order ahead and give a little extra time before I head to pickup my order if I order during the lunch rush or when there’s a conference in town. Even on their busy days I still get my food in a reasonable time! Always a good atmosphere and clean. Jazzy Jeff was a fantastic surprise when I went to Panera on St Patty’s Day for lunch.
