  Wow Panera, how far we have fallen. Food was less than mediocre. Service was non existent and when it was there, short bordering on rude. I sat in front of a tapestry art piece... didn't notice until half way through our food that it was COATED in thick built up dust. Gross I give up, used to be one of our favorite places to eat... now McDs is better and it's cheaper Smh

  I have been here a few times and each time I have had a wonderful experience! Michelle is an amazing cashier and the manager was very helpful! I love coming here before or after my class at Ivy Tech, right across the street. ☺️

  Ordered the Chibata Steak and Cheese. Absoluty horrible! Steak was very chewy, only very minimal prices of steak on the whole sandwich. Bacon was chewy and not crispy. Tried to order bagels that were sitting out on the baking rack at 18:30 and was told they didn't have any. When I pointed to all the baking racks with all the bagels on them, I was told they can't sell them because they are for tomorrow. So essentially, Panera Breads Bagels are not made fresh, and are made the day before, left out and uncovered to get stale for tomorrow's service.

  I have been to this Panera several times in the past and sadly will probably not return. I stopped in to get a sandwich for my lunch around 10:15am. The cashier did not greet customers as they walked in nor did she receive enough training to work the register alone. There were several associates in the back eating, laughing and looking their phones. The board that gives the status of each order stated that my food was being prepped, however; no one was in the prepping area and when it stated that my order was ready, I looked and she was still putting ingredients on my sandwich. She paused to tell her coworker something and then got my apple and gave me my order. I saw an assistant GM there who was not helping keep things in the front of the house in order nor did she hold the workers to task. This was not a good experience at all. Many of my coworkers dine there and we cater meetings with you, but this does not look good for future ordering. Customer service makes a huge difference and Panera was lacking today.

  Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience—no fault of the restaurant. As a dialysis patient, after finishing treatment, I am usually famished and in need of replacing fluid and hungry. I placed my order from the app and drove to pick it up. I walked into the store to pick up my order after being notified it was ready. I approached the counter and told them that I was here to pick up my order. The employee looked at me strangely because he said he had just called my name and set it, but it was gone by the time I had walked in. He realized someone else had taken it and was gone. He told me what had happened and began preparing my order again. How evil can some people be??? Knowing it's not yours and taking it anyway. You didn't pay for it. They apologized, but they weren't the ones who took it.
