  Went to the Panera today right around breakfast was ending today and the staff warmly greeted us and made sure we could get an order in before it ended! The food staff that put the food out was also very friendly. I hung out for a bit and was on my computer and the woman working the cashier even brought out a refill without asking! Couldn't ask for a better experience and it made my day so thank you.

  The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They were having trouble with their internal system when I came through the drive thru this morning and they handled the situation perfectly. I've worked in food service so I understand the challenges. I appreciated their customer service and hope the system comes back up soon so the rest of the day goes smoother for their team.

  I often used Panera bread as my office away from my office. The Wi-Fi is always consistent and strong, the coffee is always hot, in fact you can request new coffee if you need to. And that autumn squash soup is fantastic.

  I came in for a doordash pickup that said it was ready. The food wasn't ready, but the manager on shift was very attentive and communicative. I really appreciated the service.

  The coffee machine seems to be broken on a weekly basis, if you’re looking for a reliable place for coffee this is not the place.
