- ARAliya RodriguesMar 1, 20261.0Me and a party of 7 (total) came in to dine only to have possibly the worst experience I think I've ever had at a restaurant. It took at least 15 minutes to get out drinks after they were ordered. After about an hour our food comes out and everyone's order is wrong or missing something. Me and another person at our table never even got our food. Twenty minutes in to everyone else at our table having their food, mine and the other person at our table still didn't get our food to the point everyone was done eating so we had to just cancel our orders. People's food was cold to the point it had to get sent back, some steaks were overcooked, some were undercooked, one person at our table asked for a certain type of steak and got given out the wrong one and when they said they were given the wrong one, they were simply told "were out of that type" and got given something else that they didn't even like without substitution. This was an absolutely horrid experience that left us stuck with a large bill and nearly nothing good. One person at the table got fed up with the horrid service and asked for a manager and the employee simply refused. This was absolutely ridiculous and so extremely frustrating.
