I opened the bag and see a completely different meal than what I ordered. They never have enough people working and good luck asking for a manager because they act like you asked to speak to the CIA or the president. They won’t give me a refund for their mess up. This location needs new management or closed altogether.

I was told the person before me had the same issue and they proceed to blaming the app, and refuse to give me the food I paid for, and the mobile app wouldn’t let me cancel. If it’s paid for and they can see the order, why not just make the order?
