3 in the afternoon on a Tuesday, the drive-thru had 7 cars parked, waiting on food.
It is still fast food, right? You used to be able to get the food out to the person as they sat in the window. So what happened? The food got more complicated? Doubt it. It’s probably more chemical now than it is food. And it’s not just this location. Seems like every McD is the same. No thanks. I’m done.

First, Im in line at the drive through already have done a mobile order and wait as 3 cars go through the opposite lane, I yell hello before someone asks me for my mobile app. I pull up, they hand me a drink with no straw and tell me to park in the handicap spot... 10 minutes later they bring me food and walk away, I look in the bag.. no straw... I get back to the office on a time crunch both sandwiches are marked no onions... covered in onions, I medicallycant eat onions I have to throw these away and cant just go back, They took soo long I didnt have time.... I call 5x back to back to keep being forwarded to voicemail. Do NOT give this place your business as they do no value service or quality of food.

Theres nothing bad i can say about the food. The service and disrespect from some of the employees is ridiculous. I arrived there 15 mins before they close the inside. They told me that I couldn't order(even though they were still open) i asked if I could order through drivethru and was also told no. I ended up ordering on my phone and sitting in one of the numbered spots. The way they spoke to me was rude and disrespectful.

This may have been the worst McDonalds I have been to. If I wouldn’t have ordered ahead and paid through the app I would have cancelled after waiting over 20 minutes in a parking spot for the food to come out. When it did, the employee said he’d be right back with the soda. After waiting over 5 minutes I had to go in and get it myself. I should have known better and checked the order before leaving but I didn’t. When we got back to our location, we were missing food. None of the employees inside would make any attempt to help the several people waiting for their food. I overheard another customer say she was waiting on missing food. If I could give this place negative stars it might still be too many. Go someplace else and save your time.
