  I received terrible service as a customer with the Manager Monica, as I needed help at the self service menu board, I had already paid with one card without enough , trying to pay with other. I went to the counter for HELP seem manager Monica and she was on her phone as she didn’t even pay attention to see trying to get help. She had attitude as I already told her I paid and was trying to pay the rest.. She deleted my transaction and tried to serve me when I just told her I already paid with 1 card now she says I have to wait 3-7 days for refund. She don’t need to manage anything dealing with customers. Rudest manager I’ve ever dealt with, am a manager at a college down the road.. I didn’t get to buy nothing.. SMH

  Got curbside order, waited 20min.... nothing, tried calling... no answer. Went in, what a cluster, took 10 additional min to get the expensive $11.11 huntrix happy meal... irritating and extremely slow/ disorganized

  So since non of my emails are getting replies I guess I’ll go here to try and get a resolution.. in the last 2 months alone I have had 5 different instances where food has been missing. Like whole platters (breakfast)and sandwiches have been missing in my bag and when I report it absolutely nothing happens… I have reached out everytime and everytime it gets transferred to the store instead of corporate and everytime nothing happens.. earlier this week (Monday) I got told to call the store. Which I didn’t want to do because I wanted to keep email proof of what of said. And I got no response. This is ridiculous and absolutely unprofessional behavior.
