  I went through the drive thru this morning, waited 8 minutes for 1 sausage and cheese mcmuffin. They never add the sauce to the sandwich I pay extra for. I told my daughter I can't stand this McDonald's. They don't care about there customers. So sad... I will not return, ever!!! Not even if the food was free, you'd probably have to wait for hours ,for scrappy food & service.

  We ordered two fish sandwiches and a kids meal. We were handed the drink and kids meal and told to pull around. I had finished the kids meal before the two fish sandwiches were ever brought out and I was eating very slowly.

  It's McDonald's. Sometimes it's fast, sometimes it's not. This store serves as a mobile order hub as well. Staff is always very busy no matter what time it is, so be patient. Drive thru seems to be faster than dine in.

  The people here are the absolute rudest people I have ever met. Everytime I come to pick up door dashes for people they are so disrespectful and are very unhelpful. I wait at the from forever before anyone even acknowledges me even though they continue to look right at me. They are very argumentative about everything and every time I get sent there I dread going. It doesn’t matter what day or who is working they are always like this.

  I got the new Big Arch... The burger was good, I liked it more than a Big Mac. That being said, I ordered the combo upzised to a large with a diet coke. I got a large non diet Dr pepper. My fries were a little more than half full. The Big Arch is good, but the service was terrible.
